Blair joins the team of advisors with over 30 years of starting, growing, managing and directing organizations in seven completely different fields. Small partnerships, large corporations and associations all require using the strengths of individuals to develop healthy and smart organizations.

Although the majority of Blair’s education is from the School of Life, he is a Certified Consultant in Instincts, Strategy and Governance. Encouraging a cohesive team builds a powerful and lasting culture ensuing staff engagement and an impressive bottom line.

Alongside his wife, Blair currently runs a successful dog boarding facility where he spends his days living his dream of being immersed in slobber and fur. With Blair being a pilot himself, they also just opened the one and only fly-in bed & breakfast in all of Canada!
